What payment options do you offer?

We currently offer payment via PayPal or direct Bank Deposit. We do not charge a fee for either of these payment methods.

Do your prices include GST?

Where applicable, the prices displayed on Get Gourmet include GST. The amount of GST will be shown against the product in the detailed product view, against the product in your cart and also against each product in your order confirmation.

Do your prices include shipping?

No. We offer flat-rate Australia wide shipping for $9.90 (including GST). This is added to the total price of the products you order.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery of your products takes between 5-10 working days from receiving confirmation of payment, however we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this timeframe. As your order status changes, provided you have left us with a valid email address, you will receive email updates of the progress of your order. You can also login to view the status of your order at any time. Note that even "guest" checkout customers can view their order status online - via the link provided in your order confirmation email - or via entering the order number and supplied password. Delivery of your order will be via either Australia Post or via courier - chosen at the discretion of Get Gourmet. If you have specific delivery instructions/information - including authority to leave or sign on delivery instructions, then please include these in the comments section of your order.

What if my products are damaged when I receive them?

If the defect or damage is as a result of manufacturing or damage in transit, you must contact us within 7 days. We will replace any damaged goods.

What are your Terms & Conditions of supply?

Our supply of products to you is subject to our Terms & Conditions, which must be agreed to as part of each order placement. Our Terms & Conditions may change over time, and so we encourage you to review them with each order.
